I'm fresh from a breakup. There's no great anger there. I seriously could not care less "Why" it's over (because, let's face it, that doesn't change a thing), but it's still PaaiiiNNNNful (obviously).

So I took down all the pictures of my ex (and believe me there were a lot of them...lots of happy memories there) and filed them away out of sight. That felt better.

I have heard some women swear by actually burning the photos, cards and letters of the ex. I can't really bring myself to do that. Am I being a big wimp? What are your thoughts?
