Are there any rules in Bettyville?
Glad you asked! There are indeed; check out the community rules, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Easy peasy. Just go to pinkkisses.com/bettyville and click the big “join now!” button on the top half of your screen. You’ll be asked to agree to our rules and terms, and then you’ll give us a little info and click on the link we send to your email address. You’re in! Simple as that!
Aw, we hate to see you go, but we love to watch you walk away.
If for any reason you really want to leave Bettyville, just shoot an email to concierge@pinkkisses.com. Make sure the subject is: leaving Bettyville. We’ll send you a private response just to make sure it’s really you and not someone trying to be cute on your behalf, and once you confirm, you’ll no longer be a member of the Bettyville community. By the way, if something in particular happened in the community that made you want to leave, we want to know about it, so we can handle it appropriately.
Crap! I forgot my username or password… or both.
It happens. No biggie! On the Bettyville homepage at sign-in, just click on one of the little hyperlinks next to the sign-in fields – the ones that say “forgot username?” or “forgot password?” – and we’ll help you out from there. If you’re already in Bettyville, just click on view profile in the sidebar & you’ll see an option to change your password.
On the Bettyville homepage, choose the group that makes the most sense for what you want to talk about, click on its title, and then in the upper right hand corner, click on the button that says “spark a conversation.” Tada! Everything from there is self-explanatory.
Underneath the part of the conversation you want to add to, look for the button toward the right hand side that says “Reply.” Click on it and you’ll be given a field to type in and submit your comment.

Just look around pinkkisses.com and select whatever you’d like; you can choose from the bundles we’ve already put together, or custom build your selections a la carte. Once you finish shopping, just click the “check me out!” button in your shopping bag and fill in all your information. Boom! You’re good to go.

How long should it take for my emails and/or texts to start?
They should start within 24 hours of your purchase. When you order in the few hours after midnight, it can take a little longer for the order to kick off.

What if I’m not getting my emails or texts?
If you’re not getting our emails, make sure to check your spam filter first and allow our emails to come through if they’re getting stuck. If you still aren’t receiving emails and/or our texts aren’t coming through, just drop us a line at holla@pinkkisses.com with your order confirmation info included, and we’ll check into it for you.
